Services for Rostered Church Workers

Ministry Development

LCEF offers two service areas to provide support and assist you in ministering to our children, congregations and communities.

For pastors:

Under our Ministry Development service area, we offer Pastor Coaching Ministry. Coaching is appropriate for pastors who desire to strengthen their effectiveness in today's rapidly changing culture.

For those working with children:

Stewardship Education can be an integral part of your plans for students and young members. Our Kids Into Discipleship and Stewardship (K.I.D.S.) Stamp program and K.I.D.S. Count resource can be used in elementary schools, Sunday schools or home-school settings. Students learn not only biblical stewardship principles, they begin to think about the best use of resources in their own lives.

For school administrators:

In addition to demographic studies and mailing lists so that you can learn who resides in your community and reach them directly, we offer resources for marketing your school.

Loan Rates to Suit Your Needs

There are times when a floating-rate loan makes sense, and there are times when a fixed rate is better suited for your ministry. LCEF offers both, depending on your organization’s needs. If you and your leadership team are unsure which would be the best option, contact your LCEF District Vice President.
