MissionFlex™
Many existing constitutions and bylaws are rigid and inflexible, based on church organizational structures that don't work in today's changing cultural environment. You and your congregation can frame a new Lutheran constitution—one that streamlines your congregation's ability to implement current and new ministries—in just ONE day!
The entire congregation makes the 10 fundamental decisions needed for the constitution, and small discussion groups are guided through the major decisions needed for the bylaws. The workshop is led by a Lutheran facilitator trained and skilled in organization leadership.

Leading to Action Workshop
Create a three-year ministry plan that re-energizes your congregation's commitment to ministry with the Leading to Action Workshop. The workshop is part of LCEF's Strategic Planning for Ministry process, and is geared for pastors, congregation staff and elected members. Pastor Coaching Ministry
Pastor may find they need a trusted, confidential mentor to guide them in the area of leadership growth. It is understandable and may even be essential for their health and well being.
Available through LCEF's CFS ministry, our LCEF's Pastor Coaching Ministry is a process of professional spiritual renewal through one-on-one sessions with highly respected, ministry-tested pastors.
Building and Believing Weekend
A two-day event for growing leaders typically in conjunction with a CFS capital stewardship campaign. Includes workshop, Bible study and Sunday preaching by LCMS pastors known and respected throughout Synod for their leadership to the church. Download Building and Believing Weekend brochure.

Christian Partner for Funding
If your congregation is remodeling, building a sanctuary, upgrading systems for efficiency or expanding its daycare center, we have loan funds available to assist you. We offer personal, caring, Christian services that help you bear witness to Jesus Christ and to those that do not know Him.
