We work alongside congregations and other LCMS-related organizations to build churches, schools, fellowship halls, retirement homes, camp facilities, etc. Whatever the physical space needed for your ministry, LCEF can help design, build, renovate and construct the structure.

Facility Planning, Construction, Improvements

Members of the Architectural Advisory Committee (AAC) are professional Lutheran architects and liturgical artists who advise on architectural design, planning, construction and preservation of facilities.

The committee sponsors an Art and Architecture Award program, for which entries are being accepted for consideration in 2012. Information about the program and links to the entry application can be found here. Awards will be presented at LCEF's Fall Leadership Conference in November 2012.

Laborers For Christ, founded in 1980, has helped complete more than 800 "building for eternity" projects. Members are dedicated Christians who enjoy witnessing their faith, serving others, traveling and meeting new people. View the most recent project list.

The young adult arm of Laborers is NAILS, typically made up of college and seminary students who work alongside LCMS organizations and Laborers. The benefits include helping fund their education and working with fellow Christians to further the Lord's work. Coaching for Today's Ministry

Pastor Coaching Ministry is a process of personal renewal through one-on-one sessions with highly respected, ministry-tested pastors. This service is a great investment for congregations and pastors who desire to minister in today's rapidly changing culture. Participating pastors often strengthen leadership skills and gain clarity in God’s purpose for them.

Joyfully Lift Up Stewardship Efforts

Your congregation’s stewardship efforts should give clear witness to the Christian faith. Bring more joy to their giving with a concentrated, Lutheran stewardship campaign for a specific goal or stewardship education that can be conducted at any time with adults and children. LCEF's consultants and materials are tailored to your ministry.
