Term Note

Targeting a specific date for some investments can help plan for major events such as new construction or expansion, major repairs or upgrades, or simply for the continued financial health of your ministry.

Short- and Long-Term Investment Options

Organizations have different goals for different streams of their income. For part of that income, you may wish to have it invested for a specific amount of time. LCEF's Term Notes might be the right choice: the funds are invested for a set timeframe and are redeemable at the end of the term or available for re-investment.

You may select:

  • Fixed-Rate Term Note—this note carries a constant interest rate, and requires a $500 minimum investment. Variety of terms available from 6 months to 20 years.
  • Floating-Rate Term Note—rate is adjusted monthly based on prevailing market rates, and requires a $100 minimum investment. 30-month and 60-month terms available. Investments of $25 or more accepted throughout the term.
