About LCEF's National Student Marketing Competition

The National Student Marketing Competition, sponsored by Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF), is open to all Concordia University System schools, providing a chance for teams to create a marketing campaign centered on a predetermined goal. Now in its fourth year, LCEF is privileged to partner with Concordia schools in this unique educational experience.

The competition culminates in an all-day event where each team presents their research and creative strategies to a group of prominent judges. The judges score them and first, second and third place winners are announced.

The 2015 competition assignment asked students to develop a comprehensive plan to raise the awareness of LCEF and how it impacts the LCMS, and ultimately on communities and individuals. Presentations took place April 10 at the LCMS International Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
