Offering Fixed-Term or Floating-Term Rates

LCEF offers fixed-rate term notes for a $500 minimum investment and floating-rate term notes for a $100 minimum investment.

  • Interest rates remain fixed throughout the term and are based on rates of similar investments published in the Bank Rate Monitor™.
  • Available Terms:
    • Six-Month Term
    • Nine-Month Term
    • One-Year Term
    • Eighteen-Month Term
    • Two-Year Term
    • Three-Year Term
    • Five-Year Term
    • Six-Year Term - Twenty-Year Term
  • Minimum $100 investment.
  • Interest rates adjust monthly based on rates of similar investments published in the Bank Rate Monitor™.
  • 30-month and 60-month terms available.
  • Additional investments of $25 or more accepted throughout the term.
