Easy Access to Invested Funds Used to Support the Ministry

An LCEF StewardAccount is similar to a money market account with many additional benefits and features. LCEF offers free check writing with monthly statements, as well as an optional VISA® ATM/ Check Card option and an Electronic Funds Transfer option. * LCEF invested funds earn competitive market rates.

In addition, check card transactions, made without entering a Personal Identification Number (PIN), generate additional funds for LCEF world ministries!

  • $100 minimum investment to open account.
  • Interest compounded and paid monthly at month end.
  • Tiered interest rates that rise as your balance grows.
    • Tier 1 = $249,999 or less
    • Tier 2 = $250,000 - $499,999
    • Tier 3 = $500,000 - $999,999
    • Tier 4 = $1,000,000 or more
  • Variable interest rates adjusted monthly.
  • Initial quantity of checks provided FREE; replacement orders competitively priced.
  • Minimum amount per check is $250.
  • Unlimited number of checks per month.
  • No monthly maintenance or membership fees.
  • Cancelled checks truncated and held by UMB Bank for safekeeping.
  • Fees may be charged for customer-initiated special service requests.
VISA ATM/Check Card (optional)
Electronic Funds Transfer (optional)
  • ATM/Check card; works like a plastic check (no line of credit).
  • No LCEF or VISA usage or maintenance fees; retailers and ATM owners may assess usage fees.
  • Special ministry revenue is generated on product purchases that do not involve entering a Personal Identification Number, (PIN).
  • Electronic investment and payment options.
  • Investor-initiated service.
  • No charge transfer of funds to or from LCEF StewardAccount.
  • No monthly maintenance or membership fees.
