LCEF's Offering Circular Electronic Delivery Agreement

LCEF must provide every investor an Offering Circular. The Offering Circular contains information on LCEF's investment products, lending activity, financial statements and much more. With more than 50,000 mailed last year, LCEF must commit considerable resources for its production and mailing.
